PVIS has an incredible STEM Lab that is a hands-on learning hub supporting STEM electives, robotics programs and daily student clubs. It serves as a Maker Space equipped with technology like 3D printers, laser cutters, and sensors, giving students the tools to design and build custom projects.

The NJHS is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle level students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.
Scholar Quiz

The PVIS Scholar Quiz is an annual, highly popular academic trivia competition. Students compete in teams during lunch matchups, culminating in a championship matchup and a "Battle of the Hill" with the other intermediate schools.
Highlight: ROV Team
The ROV team is an after-school underwater robotics program that teaches 6th-8th grade students how to build and operate tethered robotic systems for the MATE ROV Competition. The club emphasizes technical skills like soldering, 3D printing and Arduino programming. Listen to announcements if you would like to join!
